Recently, news spread through the PEZ community
about a fantastic new PEZ Shop that had
opened in Shanghai, China.
Thanks to our PEZ friends
Barry Sch. and JP Summer,
we've received pictures and videos from
this exciting new location.
The shop is located on
East Nanjing Pedestrian Street in Shanghai,
and even from the street above,
the yellow PEZ logo is visible from afar.
At the entrance,
life-size PEZ dispensers of characters
like Hello Kitty, Mickey Mouse, Ariel,
and Woody welcome visitors,
creating perfect photo opportunities.
The entire shop interior is dedicated
to our beloved hobby, showcasing not only
the history of PEZ but also fascinating
facts displayed on walls and neon signs.
Alongside local Shanghai candies,
the shop features a wide selection of
PEZ dispensers and candies from the
PEZ International range.
Videos reveal various twin packs, Minions
and Barbie tins, and all currently
available European dispensers.
We are especially charmed by the PEZ merchandise
items and the impressive large PEZ
cardboard boxes.
The shop looks absolutely amazing,
and if you find yourself in Shanghai,
it should definitely be on your must-visit list.
If only it were a bit closer and easier to reach!
