Rome was not built in a day! ;)

We waited a long time, but now the time has finally come.

LUIGI 

will join the SUPER MARIO PEZ assortiment in August (USA)

together with Mario, Donkey Kong, Yoshi and Princess Peach.

We can also add a nice Luigi and Mario twin pack to our collections soon.

And we have another good piece of news for you and

that will please many European PEZ collectors,

Luigi will be taken over by PEZ International 

for the European market at the beginning of 2021 at the latest.

The Star Wars PEZ collection continues to grow-The Mandalorian and Baby Yoda

Over the years, PEZ has not only delighted PEZ collectors,

but also Star Wars fans with Star Wars dispensers.

Probably the number of PEZ dispensers from the Star Wars series

now accounts for the largest proportion of dispensers,

so it is not surprising that two new dispensers

are coming onto the market this September.

Star Wars The Mandalorian is a TV series released on Disney +.

The Mandalorian premiered with Disney + on November 12, 2019

with its first season of eight episodes.

A second season is scheduled for release in October 2020.

The pre-production work for a possible third season

had started in April 2020.

The Mandalorian is tasked with tracking down

a fifty-year-old from an imperial client.

The Mandalorian notes that this fifty-year-old is a child

and therefore of far greater importance than he could ever have guessed.

The child is of the same species as the former Jedi master Yoda.

In time for the second season PEZ will bring out a twin pack called

The Mandalorian and The Child (Baby Yoda). (USA  only)

Close-up look at the new PEZ bride & groom...

In all the eagerness to share the news with you 

about the new special bridal sets, 

I have completely missed out to go into the differences 

between the characters.

Thanks Scott for the hint!

This has now prompted me 

to pay more attention to the details and to go into them. 

I compared the new dispensers

(based on original photos from PEZ)

with the old ones and noticed the following...

The new BRIDE

(I assume made in a new mold) 

got a new hairstyle and a smaller nose

and the bridal veil has on the top probably another flower.

The new GROOM

(I also assume made in a new mold) 

also got a smaller nose, smaller ears

and has no band on hat.

In a few days we can see all these differences in real.

BREAKING NEWS! New Crystal Glitter Convention PEZ PANDA for 2021

While European PEZ conventions may not be possible this year 

due to the Corona regulations, things look a little friendlier for 2021.

For a while it seemed uncertain whether

 PEZ International would 

continue to support the hosts and collector friends 

with a convention dispenser.

Many collectors were also not longer happy with the 

different convention emojis and this 

prompted PEZ to take a creative break.

Now this break is finally over and we are happy to report 

to you exclusively that the european convention hosts have 

been contacted today by PEZ International and that a crystal glitter PEZ PANDA

 is in preparation for 2021.

The convention hosts have the possibility to choose

 the stem color and the print themselves.

As soon as we learn more, we will of course report about it.

EXLUSIVE FIRST LOOK: This Autumn! new Spirit PEZ...

With the publication oft he new PEZ Catalogue, 

PEZ International has announced the release of the 

new SPIRIT assortment.

Back in February, at the Sweet and Snacks Expo in Cologne, Germany 

we actually expected them on display at the booth, 

but the dispensers were not ready for the public.

SPIRIT – Riding free is a computer animated series produced 

by DreamWorks Animation Television and distributed by Netflix.

The story about the twelve-years-old Lucky is only truly 

fulfilled after moving from the big city to the countryside, 

where the wild mustang Spirit becomes her trusted companion. 

She is the only one he trusts, which is why he lets her ride him. 

In her classmates Abigail and Pru, Lucky also finds two wonderful

 friends who will stick by her through thick and thin. 

As passionate riders too, of course, the girls experience all kinds 

of adventures with their big, four-legged friends.

New episodes are scheduled for Fall 2020 and a feature film 

based on the series was announced to be in development 

and is scheduled

 for release on May 14, 2021.

We are so happy and pleased to show you the very first look

 oft the new SPIRIT dispensers.

As of autumn,

 Spirit and Lucky, 

along with the two horses 

Boomerang and Chica Linda 

will be available in stores as PEZ dispensers.

We can't wait to add them to our collections.

VARIATION ALERT! Time to look at the new Justice League PEZ dispensers...

The new JUSTICE LEAGUE set has started
to pop up in stores across the U.S.

Many of us thought that only Wonder Woman was added new 
to the Justice League set, with the help of our 
dear friend Brian J. we took a closer look at the new set 
and Brian noticed some striking differences.
All variation collectors will be happy to hear, 
Batman and Superman
have got some changes, you can see them as follows:

NEW BATMAN,

Older Batman on the left, newer on right.

Gray stems are slightly different colors 

The biggest differnce are the Copyrights on the back.

NEW SUPERMAN,

Older Superman on the left, newer on right.

Blue stems are different colors 

(older is brighter blue, newer is darker blue)

Older Superman back neckline is a straight blue line, new one curves upward on both sides.

The Copyrights are different on the back.

TACO PEZ looks forward to new fellows...

It was the surprise of the year last week when 

PEZ Candy Inc. announced on their social media channels with 
a picture of a Taco dispenser that we can expect a completely new 

PEZ Treats Line 

range in the U.S. in January 2021. 

We tried to find out a little more about the new Treats Line, 

but PEZ continues with the torture to keep 
the surprise effect as high as possible.

Impatient as we are, 
this leads us to create some fantasy dispensers :)

Please note all dispensers, with the exception of Taco, are fantasy!

However, we know that the new TREAT assortment from 

PEZ Candy Inc. (USA only) will consist of a total of 3 dispensers.

We would like to know from you which two dispensers you

definitely want to have in your collections in addition

to the new Taco dispenser.

Why does it have to take so long?!

Harry Potter and friends enchant the PEZ world...

PEZ couldn't escape the magic of Harry Potter and

released the first collector's set in the United States in 2015. 

The dispensers were based on the movie characters.

Now, 5 years later the latest version in "chibi style" 

of Harry Potter and his friends

with special emphasis on the childlike elements, is coming.

While PEZ International (Europe, Asia and Australia) has already 

started delivering the three Harry Potter dispensers,

PEZ Candy Inc. (USA and Canada) will surprise us soon with 

a larger Harry Potter PEZ range.

In June we shall be on the lookout for the new Harry Potter Twin boxes. 

One will come with mini Harry Potter & mini Hermione and 

the other box with mini Harry Potter & Ron. 

In July, we can expact a new Harry Potter Tin, 

same three dispensers as in Europe will be in regular size, 

plus Dumbledore will be added as a tin ecxlusively dispenser.

All dispensers have black stems with 

white Hogwarts emblem printed on the stems.

While the official photos for the new tin have not yet been published, 
we are happy to show you the first look. ;)

Officially Announced! NEW MASHA AND THE BEAR PEZ ASSORTMENT for 2021!

How wonderful!

Today, PEZ International and Animaccord have 

officially announced their cooperation.

The Animaccord Group has the license rights and is the owner of 

MASHA AND THE BEAR. 

They both have confirmed that we will receive

 the Masha and the Bear dispensers in early 2021 with focus on 

Europe, LatAm, Japan, Russia and Australia. 

Masha and the Bear is a Russian animated television series.
The show focuses on the adventures of a 
little girl named MASHA a fatherly bear that always keeps her from disasters.
The first episode was released in 2009.
Masha and the Bear has been translated
 into 25 languages and was broadcast in more than 100 countries.

We can't wait to see the new dispensers!!

PEZAMANIA 2020 has been postponated...

It should have been the biggest PEZ party of the year, 

with the anniversary of the 30th PEZAMANIA Convention.

Today Rick and Sue, the hosts of the PEZAMANIA event, officially announced what we all feared and suspected, unfortunately this year's PEZAMANIA convention will be canceled and postponed to the next year in July.

We are sure that this decision was not easy for 

Rick and Sue, especially since a lot has already been organized and prepared, but for a very wise decision to protect the PEZ Family.

The PEZ Family will stick together and we will enjoy the PEZAMANIA anniversary to the fullest next year!
