the hosts of the Michigan PEZ Convention, embody.

 

Jim burst onto the scene in 2016 with 

the inaugural Michigan PEZ Convention, 

quickly making waves as a rising star. 

Over the years, the event has grown into 

a PEZ mega-event, breaking visitor 

and dealer records year after year.

From the start, Jim’s meticulous preparation 

and innovative ideas won us over. 

The convention’s dispensers with magnets

 and punched stems from 2016 have 

become iconic in PEZ Convention history.

 

Now, exciting news are here: 

Jim and Jody have opened registration 

for the 2025 Michigan PEZ Convention! 

As you know, being quick pays off. 

The event will take place from 

June 18–22, 2025, 

at the Delta Hotels by Marriott

 in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

 

Jim has once again planned a spectacular

 program, promising a PEZ extravaganza

 like no other. 

For 2025, the theme is 

STEAMPUNK

and true to form, 

Jim has something extraordinary up his sleeve.

 

We’re thrilled to share an exclusive first look

 at the  

2025 Michigan Steampunk 

PEZ Convention dispensers!

 

These are the most labor-intensive dispensers Jim 

has ever created, featuring 3D-printed tops, 

laser-engraved and leather-wrapped stems, 

metal lids, chains, and keys. 

They are sure to be coveted treasures 

within the PEZ communities.

The 2025 Steampunk Michigan PEZ Convention dispensers.

USA and Europe! Make Room for More Minecraft PEZ Dispensers!

Just a few months ago, we were thrilled to 

add the brand-new Minecraft PEZ collection

 from the USA to our collection.

This included the four regular dispensers:

 Steve, Creeper, Pig, and Alex, as

 well as the four dispensers with printed stems 

from the gift box, featuring 

Steve, Creeper, Alex, and the exclusive Enderman, 

only available in the gift box!

Now, we’ll soon need to make more space,

 as we’ll be receiving two more Minecraft 

dispensers that will find their way into our display cases.

And of course, PEZ is making it not 

quite so easy for us! :)

While the Zombie dispenser will be added 

to the Minecraft collection in the

 USA starting in March, 

we are excited to give you an

 exclusive first look at the 

European PEZ Minecraft collection.
 

 

European PEZ collectors can look forward 

to the same Alex, Steve, and Creeper PEZ dispensers 

in the first quarter of 2025, 

which are already known from the USA release.
 

But there’s also another surprise: 

while Enderman is exclusive to the gift box

 with a printed stem in the USA,

 it will be available in Europe as part of the 

regular PEZ assortment without the stem print.

The motto is to trade and send PEZ 

dispensers around the world, so we can 

end up with all 10 Minecraft PEZ dispensers

 in our collections.

used to from us, created a

NEW YEAR GOLDEN PEZ BOY! Smooth start for European Collectors & Update about the USA release...

When the brand-new golden-white 

New Year PEZ PAL Boy dispenser

 launched online at PEZ International

 yesterday at exactly 2:00 PM, 

the website neither crashed nor experienced 

any noticeable delays or interruptions. 

A big compliment to PEZ for that! :)

Without much stress, eager collectors placed

 their online orders, with the maximum 

purchase limit set at five pieces.

 It’s almost hard to believe, but yes, 

the dispenser is still available at the 

PEZ International Online shop. (here)

This is likely due to the fact that there’s 

no shipping to Australia, Israel, Japan, 

or the UK—regions 

where many of our collector friends are based.

 

Things will likely look quite different 

for our friends in the USA. 

As seen in previous months and years, 

the dispenser will probably sell 

out at lightning speed. 

 

While some collectors are already refreshing

 the page every minute, we want to share 

a small official update on the dispenser's release date.

 

For now, you can sit back and relax!

 

In their social media posts, 

PEZ International officially announced 

that the dispenser will be available 

NEXT WEEK

for our American collector friends. 

Since new dispensers have traditionally 

launched on Mondays at PEZ Candy Inc.

 in the past, the upcoming Monday is widely speculated

 as the release date.

 

One thing is certain: 

we are all keeping our fingers crossed! 

On the one hand, for European collectors hoping

 to find the black/gold New Year dispenser 

included in their boxes, and on the other, 

for American collectors eagerly awaiting 

the chance to add this fantastic 

dispenser to their collections.

Chasing the New Year: The Epic Return of Pal Boy in 2025! Happy New Year!

Who could have imagined that just one 

year after PEZ wowed us with the

  Limited Crystal PEZ Rocket for New Year’s, 

we’d be looking at over 20 Online-Only

 Exclusive dispensers?

We’ve already announced this year’s 

New Year dispenser in a previous post,

 but PEZ had one more surprise up their sleeve.

 Revealed today by PEZ International,

 it left even us stunned—and we can’t wait 

to share all the details with you!

First and foremost—how exciting is it that

 PEZ has brought back the beloved Pal Boy?

 Missing from the lineup for nearly a year and a half,

 this iconic dispenser returns in two incredible versions: 

a Limited Standard Edition in white and gold

 and a Super Limited Chase Edition in black and gold.

Ready for the excitement? 

Take a deep breath!

 

For all the collectors,

 the action starts tomorrow at 2 PM in Europe,

 and we’re crossing our fingers that the 

online shop can handle the rush. 

Here’s the breakdown:

• Standard Version (white and gold): 1925 pieces per region!
• Chase Version (black and gold): Only 100 pieces per region!

Combined, the total—2025 dispensers for USA 

and 2025 for Europe, 

ties into the year 2025, 

which explains the “200 Worldwide” sticker 

on the Chase Version.

European collectors will have the first chance

 to snag these gems, as PEZ International 

begins sales tomorrow. 

Meanwhile, American collectors can sit back

 and watch the frenzy unfold—for now. 

Since PEZ International wraps up their year earlier, 

the dispensers will be available there first.

 

In the U.S., PEZ Candy USA only just released 

the Ugly Sweater dispenser yesterday,

 so the New Year dispenser probably won’t 

hit their online store just yet.

 

The American PEZ blister card will be similar 

with slight differences, but American PEZ collectors

 will also find the 200-piece sticker on the Chase version. 

The only difference will once again be the PEZ candies.

Now, let’s talk strategy!

Here’s what we know:

• There will almost certainly be a purchase limit,
•  likely five dispensers (Europe) per person.(different number for the USA)
  
• Orders might include a mix of Standard and Chase versions (e.g., four Standard and one Chase).
• The real twist? 
• You probably won’t know if you scored 
• a Chase until you open your box!

One thing is certain—these dispensers will sell out fast!

FIRST LOOK! The new 2025 PEZ BARBIE assortment, Revamped Barbies, and a new KEN PEZ dispenser!

BARBIE

(full name: Barbara Millicent Roberts) is one of 
the most iconic and best-selling dolls in the world, 
making her a true toy classic. 
She was first introduced to the market in 1959. 
The doll's male counterpart, 
KEN 

(full name: Kenneth Sean Carson),
 is also part of the Barbie franchise.

In 2023, Barbie: The Movie was released, 
starring Margot Robbie as the titular character 
and Ryan Gosling as her companion Ken. 
It marked the first live-action film about the doll, 
following numerous animated movies and TV series. 
The film became the highest-grossing movie of 2023,
 earning eight Oscar nominations in 2024 
and winning an award for Best Song.

In the same year, PEZ surprised us with a

new PEZ Barbie assortment, featuring a range 
of Barbies that was more diverse than ever before.
 Immediately, collectors and PEZ communities 
worldwide were excited about the new Barbies.

In a previous post from 2023, we asked whether
 it was time to add a Ken to the PEZ assortment.

Now, after many years, we are finally receiving a 
Ken from PEZ, and we are thrilled to share the 
first official photos with you! 

But that's not all, the PEZ Barbies have also 
undergone a makeover and will shine in 

entirely new outfits in 2025!  

While Ken will be available in both the 

USA and Europe, the new PEZ Barbies will initially 
be available only in Europe (Q2 2025).

We’ve already prepared a pictorial for you so
 that you can immediately spot the differences
 between the old and new dispensers. 
Let’s look forward to four new Barbie dispensers
 for our collections, which will soon be growing!

After PEZ International launched the  

Christmas Ugly PEZ Sweater 

online last week, PEZ Candy Inc. (USA) is now 

following suit, adding the adorable 

dispenser to their online shop.

As we’ve seen in the past, there’s a limit of 3 per household.

The only difference compared to the 

European version lies in the design of the

 blister card and the included PEZ candies.

Kuromi Makes Her PEZ Debut in the 2025 Hello Kitty Collection!

Exciting News for Hello Kitty PEZ Collectors!

Back in October, we shared a sneak peek

 of the 2025 European 

Hello Kitty Rainbow PEZ assortment. (here)

 

Now, it’s time for American PEZ fans

 to join the celebration! 

PEZ Candy Inc. has officially unveiled the

 American Hello Kitty PEZ assortment, 

and it’s packed with delightful surprises.

The biggest reveal? 

The debut of  

Kuromi,

 a fan-favorite from

 the My Melody universe, featuring an 

entirely new mold! 

 

Kuromi, 

My Melody’s rival and mischievous doppelganger, 

is often depicted as a white rabbit or 

imp-like creature. 

Her design includes a black jester’s hat adorned

with a pink skull and a playful black 

devil’s tail, a must-have for fans of Sanrio characters.

That’s not all! 

Since Kuromi hails from the My Melody universe,

 there’s even more to get excited about.

  My Melody 

is making her triumphant return

 to the American Hello Kitty PEZ lineup!

 Initially, the dispenser will feature her classic

 2005 design, 

but collectors should stay alert for potential 

subtle production variations.

 

Looking ahead, a brand-new My Melody design 

 is set to release later in 2025, offering 

a fresh take on this beloved character.

 

The third addition, the classic Hello Kitty 

on a purple stem, adorned with white 

Hello Kitty heads along the stem, 

which matches the 2025 European release.

 

Additionally, two newly designed Hello Kitty 

gift boxes will also be released in the USA, 

featuring Kuromi and My Melody as well as 

Kuromi and the purple Hello Kitty.

 

With these exciting updates, expect a flurry 

of activity as collectors trade and purchase

 across the Atlantic to complete their sets.

Finding Magic in the Countryside and a Hairy PEZ Pal

Sometimes, a simple drive through the countryside to buy a PEZ can feel magical. Today, after spending three days in the ICU, my husband James took me on a drive to lift my spirits. Along the way, we met Kaitlyn, who sold me my very first PEZ Pal with hair! She assured me it was original and in great condition, which made me smile and laugh. Kaitlyn shared that she found it among her mom's belongings, and it felt so special to bring him home.

It's incredible how these little PEZ dispensers can bring so much joy during tough times. Thank you, Kaitlyn, for this wonderful addition to my ever-growing collection. And a heartfelt thank you to all our readers who have supported us over the years—each and every one of you is truly special.

A Festive PEZ Surprise: The Ultimate Christmas Ugly Sweater Dispenser is finally here!

When the Canadian NHL jerseys debuted in November 2023,

it was immediately clear that this mold had significant 

potential for future designs.

Even then, many of us couldn’t help but imagine 

how fantastic a PEZ Christmas Ugly Sweater 

dispenser would look!

Then this year, PEZ surprised us with the 

Harry Potter Hogwarts Jersey dispenser.

Now, as we hinted in a previous post, 

PEZ is delighting us with a 

Limited Edition Christmas Ugly Sweater. 

And PEZ has truly outdone themselves, 

the design turned out so amazing. 

OMG YES, we love the dispenser!

In festive red and green, perfectly coordinated,

 a Santa Claus smiles at us from the sweater. 

PEZ is making the wait for Christmas a little more joyful.

And we can already reveal one thing: 
this is just the beginning! 

Next year, at least one more Christmas Ugly Sweater will 
be on the agenda.

In the 1980s, television stars began

 appearing in the Christmas programs 

of British television wearing sweaters featuring 

Christmas motifs on the front. 

In the 1990s and 2000s, this garment evolved 

into a novelty item, especially by 2001, 

when actor Colin Firth 

appeared in a Christmas sweater in the movie 

Bridget Jones’s Diary, featuring a large reindeer head 

on the front. 

This marked the emergence of the fashion trend 

or "cult" of the "ugly Christmas sweater.
