There is a new Facebook group,
its called the
PEZ Fantasy Album and Art,
and we really love all of the pictures,
Steve Banister has open the group and he says
The idea for this group came from a very bored Sunday afternoon. I remember it clearly.... the sun was hot, the aircon was on, and I was looking through some old vinyl records. I came across The Beatles Abbey Road, and tried to imagine Pez Dispensers walking across the road, in much the same way that the Hammers walk in Pink Floyd's 'Another Brick In The Wall'. Which four dispensers would look best? The Angry Birds? No, they would have flown across the road. Toy Story Dispens...ers? No. We all saw what trouble they had crossing the road in the movie.
Anyway, to cut a long story only slightly shorter, I set to work on the computer, and dropped different dispensers in to the album cover. Before too long, 'The Minnies - Abbey Road' warn born. Or rather it was photoshopped. So. Album cover done, feet up, sit back, and admire.
Then the cogs started to turn.... what if.... I made pez versions of OTHER album covers.... and then art?
