unveil two brand new dispensers!

I would love to go but that is too far for me to drive from Michigan. I would ask him if he knows what the letter "H" in a circle, the way this looks,©, or the way this looks, ®, but it is an "H" and it is on the side of my Pez Goofy with Eyebrows, 3.9 Austria, 1966, Red Stem, Red Hat,Thin Feet. On the other side of his Head it reads ©Walt Disney Productions. Does anyone have any idea what the "H" in the circle, stands for??? Please let me know.
