this photo was shared along with a message that read
the golden egg could be found at Walgreens stores in the Easter tubes!
This is something collectors have dreamed about for many moons!
Many of the comments below the asked about this being a joke,
but PEZ did confirm that this was indeed for real!

Do we have any idea when these will be shipping/ arriving in store? Since they are eggs, these are tube exclusives, right? Will these be "chase" versions, or will there be an equal number of golden eggs throughout? (getting a Willy Wonka vibe for some reason...."
ReplyDeleteSo far there have been reports of 4 per case, they are not a chase and are limited to Walgreens stores They will be put out with the Easter candy which is soon :)
